Private Sessions: Terms & Conditions
As a client, you are responsible for adhering to all the following policies and procedures, so please take a few minutes to review them.
Session Procedure: The client is responsible to get on Zoom call at the start of session, a link is provided by the facilitator, Atena Morelli.
Session Length: Depending on your package your sessions are either 60 minutes in length or between 75-90 minutes.
Late Policy: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session is forfeited. This is because it becomes very difficult to provide you with everything you need in a session that is shorter than 45 minutes in length. It also typically results in the session running over, creating a disruption in the scheduling of other clients. We have a strict adherence to this policy.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: All cancellations/rescheduling of a session must take place at least 24 hours before the session. Any cancellations/rescheduling taking place under 24 hours results in forfeiting the session.
No Show Policy: All no show sessions are forfeited.
Session Recordings: You will be provided with a link to download your hypnosis. All hypnosis are sent via WeTransfer within 24-hours. No recordings will be kept in our database once it is sent. If there is a problem with the recording, a new one will be provided.
BONUS: if you would like a high sound quality recording or a binaural track with subliminal coding included, this may be provided post session as an extra cost of 250 $ USD. Recommended for a track that you feel you desire to re-listen to for a period of 3 months or more. You will be provided with 2 different qualities, one track that is shorter at length with theta trance music therapy and a second that is 1-hour long with delta wave therapy (ideal to fall asleep to).
Recommended Length of Time Between Package Sessions: We strongly recommend that clients schedule their sessions bought via a package no later than one week apart for the monthly subscription.
COACHING and HYPNOSIS: VIP SUPPORT 3 to 6 months
Includes weekly sessions 75-90 minutes with support in between.
Voxer / Telegram Support Agreement: only applies to vip clients who opt for 3 to 6 month cycle. Client may send messages daily between Monday - Friday. Voice notes are encouraged! Maximum of 10 minutes per day. Response time is generally fast however a 24-hour period is possible. Please do not send lengthy email style content on the apps. You can send emails if you prefer writing :) !
Price of VIP SUPPORT: 4,500-9,000$ USD with payment options or 3,975-7,950$ USD PIF (tax inlcuded)
Payment Plan option allows you to break the payment into an agreed plan (monthly, or split into 2).
MONTHLY: Expiration Date for Monthly Subscriptions
For Private Sessions subscriptions, during each month of billing you get to schedule and have 4 sessions, which do not rollover into the next month. Sessions are 60 minutes.

Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription online any time. Canceling your subscription any time during your current billing period will cancel auto-pay for your next billing period. You will be notified by email before the renewal.
*****All SALES are FINAL. However, should Atena Morelli is not be able to fulfill your order, she will refund you the incomplete portion.
By agreeing to this document you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to adhere to all 9432-2567 QUEBEC INC. policies and procedures for private sessions. Canadian Tax residents may request a detailed invoice.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You have discussed such terms and conditions with Atena Morelli and have had any questions with regard to its terms and conditions answered to your satisfaction. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and consent to participate in Coaching, Hypnosis, Somatic practices with Atena Morelli.
